Don’t Be a Wooly Bully!

Think that taking wool from sheep doesn’t hurt them? Think again! Most wool comes from huge farms in Australia, where flocks are made up of thousands of sheep. The flocks are so large that it’s pretty much impossible for each animal to get individual attention, so sick and injured sheep don’t get proper veterinary care. And lambs suffer through painful procedures, like having holes punched in their ears and having their tails docked, when they are just a few weeks old—all without any painkillers!
