Do you dream about being famous and making headlines? Are you a vegetarian or vegan and love animals? PETA Kids wants to make your dream come true by crowning you World's Cutest Vegetarian Kid!

If you're 12 years old or younger, get your parents to fill out the form below and send us an uploaded picture of yourself along with your name and age, where you're from, and the scoop on why you're vegetarian (Check out last year's winners for some inspiration). We'll sort through the crop of pretty pictures and bios and pick three boy finalists and three girl finalists for the public to vote on. One boy and one girl will then be named the cutest vegetarians in the world!

Not only will the winners be announced to their hometown media—which will make the winners instant celebrities—they'll also win an awesome prize pack containing an iPig docking station, an "I Am Not a Nugget" T-shirt, and PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk's book 50 Awesome Ways Kids Can Help Animals! And as if that weren't enough … the winners will also be featured in PETA's Animal Times magazine!
