Forever 21 Vows Never to Sell Fur Again!
Forever 21 Vows Never to Sell Fur Again!

Forever 21 Vows Never to Sell Fur Again!

PETA is declaring victory today, and it’s all thanks to you! Forever 21 has promised to remove all real fur from its stores by December 31, 2004, and never to sell real fur again!!!

Congratulations to everyone who contacted Forever 21 because this never would have happened if all of you hadn’t helped, so way to go! By speaking up for bunnies, you let Forever 21 know that cruelty to animals is unacceptable and that you weren’t going to stand for it. Go ahead, pat yourself on the back for a few minutes—you deserve it. But don’t get too carried away because your work isn’t done yet … please write to Forever 21 to thank the company for deciding not to contribute to the suffering of animals who are tortured and killed for their fur.

Please send thank-you letters and e-mail messages to:

Don Chang, CEO
Forever 21, Inc.

And stay tuned to PETAKids.com for details about how you can help make sure that all stores for kids go fur-free forever.

Score one for the bunnies!

Hundreds of millions of bunnies are killed for their fur and their flesh every year. Animals raised for their fur spend their entire lives in filthy, cramped cages with no shelter from the blazing-hot sun, the rain, or freezing temperatures. They never receive veterinary care for any diseases or injuries they suffer, and they all die horrible deaths at the hands of fur farmers, who drown them, electrocute them, or break their necks. Millions of other wild animals suffer horribly after being caught in steel-jaw leghold traps, snares, or underwater traps.

Usually stores that sell fur are for adults, but this store is for you guys—kids and young adults—so now you have the chance to make a huge difference and help animals.

Kids all over the globe are speaking up for animals by speaking out against fur. Meet Ellen from Cincinnati, Ohio. When she found out what happens to animals who are killed for their fur, she quickly circulated a petition at school and then sent it to execs at The Limited, Inc.—which is headquartered in Ohio, just like Ellen—asking them to stop selling fur in The Limited’s stores. Way to go, Ellen!

Now it’s your turn to make your voice heard, so be like Ellen and start writing! The bunnies need your help right now!
