Goldberg's "Jackhammer Soy Slammer"

bananaPro-wrestling’s great gladiator Bill Goldberg helps build his hulking strong body with this soy shake—a recipe he shares exclusively with us:

1 cup soy milk
1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1/2 cup frozen fruit
(try strawberries, blueberries, or pitted cherries)
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
1 scoop vegan energy powder
(Peaceful Planet or Nature’s Life brand) for an added boost of protein and vitamins

Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
