5 Ways You Can Help

  • Don't eat cows, and tell others why they shouldn't, either.

  • Cows make milk for their babies, not for humans. Go dairy-free!

  • Never buy any clothing, shoes, bags, or accessories made from leather. Not sure what's wrong with leather? Check here!

  • Let everyone know how much you ♥ speaking up for animals by chalking your driveway with the message "Cows are friends, not food!"

  • Visit a cow cutie at an animal sanctuary near you! Just ask your parent or guardian for help locating a sanctuary in your area.

Did You Know?

  • Cows can see in color and can actually tell people apart by their shape and the color of their clothing.

  • Despite their size, cows have been known to jump fences to search for lost calves.

  • Cows are actually a lot like humans! They play games, hold grudges, and form lasting friendships—some calves make lifelong friends shortly after they're born.

  • Cows are excellent mothers who are very loving and protective of their calves—they even take turns babysitting for each other.

  • Cows are intelligent animals and can remember things for a long time.
