Love is definitely in the air for PETA pals this summer. Wedding bells were ringing for two of our favorite peeps in June when the lovely “World’s Sexiest Vegetarian 2004”Alicia Silverstone married her longtime boyfriend, the equally sexy S.T.U.N. frontman, Christiane J. Congrats to the happy vegan couple, who were married in a beautiful seaside ceremony in Lake Tahoe, followed by what else? … A totally vegan reception, of course.
 

And two of our other favorite people have recently gotten engaged. The queen of the tough-but-still-glam, P!nk, took matters into her own hands and proposed to her one and only, motocross king Carey Hart, while he was competing in the Pro 250 finals in Mammoth, California. While Hart was speeding around the track, the sassy songstress held up a pit board that read, “Will you marry me?” And after she flipped the board over and wrote, “I’m serious,” on the back, he pulled into the pit area and said “yes.” We love a girl who goes after what she wants.

Chris Evans saved the day in Cellular, and now he’s burning up the screen as the Human Torch in Fantastic Four, and we’re sure he’s only going to get hotter (sorry, couldn’t resist). The vegetarian actor likes doing the jock thing in his spare time—playing ball and working out … you know, so he can fit into that tight blue suit for Fantastic Four 2 and 3. But he’s got a soft side, too—he’s crazy about his dog, East, and loves spending time playing with him. Aw, what a sweetie. His sometime girlfriend Jessica Biel is super lucky!

Two thumbs up for country music superstars Faith Hill and Tim McGraw for supporting their 6-year-old daughter Maggie’s decision to stop eating animals! Rumor has it that Faith recently told listeners during a radio interview that Maggie loves animals and nature and just woke up one morning and decided to be a vegetarian. Smart girl!
